Space LIFT

Our Group Lift Class is designed to build strength, increase endurance, and enhance overall fitness using compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups. These efficient, full-body movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Engaging your core, legs, arms, and back for a comprehensive workout that challenges both your muscles and cardiovascular system.

In a motivating group setting, our personal trainers guide you through a dynamic class that combines strength training with functional movements, allowing you to improve both your power and coordination. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced lifter, the class offers modifications to suit your fitness level.

Class time 40 minutes and 12 persons maximum in a class.
