Mobility and Flexibility
Mobility is different to flexibility. Mobility refers to the body’s range of motion, flexibility is the ability to stretch which involves muscle tissue, tendons and ligaments.
Posture
In todays lifestyle where we sit for many hours per day, posture is the natural way you hold your body sitting still and moving. Correct positioning involves training yourself to hold the body against gravity with the least strain and tension on supportive structures, such as muscles and ligaments.
